Aftercare
❥Remove the cling wrap after an hour and gently wash your tattoo with a non-scented soap and pat dry with paper towel.
❥Keep your tattoo clean and completely dry for 48 hours - this includes sweating (which is the perfect excuse to skip the gym).
❥24 hours after your appointment, begin moisturising your tattoo with Savlon or Bepanthen. Use half a pea size amount, once a day.
❥Avoid direct sun exposure and soaking your tattoo for 2-3 weeks - no sun-baking, baths, saunas, pools or beach dips.
❥Do not apply fake tan over your tattoo for the 3 weeks, whilst it’s healing.
❥DON’T scratch or pick at your tattoo.

❥Leave the second skin on for 48 hours after application.
❥Avoid strenuous activities - where your body temperature rises.
❥Blood and ink can collect under the bandage. Don’t panic - this is completely normal.
❥The bandage is meant to keep your new tattoo clean + dry . If you notice the bandage is letting ‘outside stuff’ in. Remove the bandage immediately and follow the above aftercare.
❥After 48 hours remove the bandage by GENTLY peeling it off in the shower.
❥Give it a quick wash with a non-scented soap and pat dry with paper towel.
❥Begin applying half a pea size amount of ointment once a day.
❥Avoid direct sun exposure and soaking your tattoo for 2-3 weeks - no sun-baking, baths, saunas, pools or beach dips.
❥Do not apply fake tan over your tattoo for the 3 weeks, whilst it’s healing.
❥DON’T scratch or pick at your tattoo.
❥If any rash or reaction occurs where the second skin is applied, remove it immediately.
