Terms and Conditions.

DEPOSITS:

ALL deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new booking date as long as 72 hours notice has been given.

Deposits cover administration costs and time spent designing your tattoo. As well as being a commitment to your appointment.

Deposits can NOT be transferred to others.

Appointments are only confirmed once a deposit has been paid.
I can not reserve an appointment time for you without a paid deposit.

You will lose your deposit if you completely change or redesign your idea with little notice or to a degree that I feel it is not within my ability or artistic style to complete.

You will lose your deposit if you are more than fifteen minutes late to your appointment.

CANCELLATIONS:

Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

As deposits are non-refundable you unfortunately will not get your deposit back if you cancel your appointment or reschedule indefinitely.

It you need to reschedule your appointment and 72 hours notice has been given, then your deposit will be carried through to your next booking.

If you reschedule within 72 hours of your appointment or you reschedule more than once, you will need to pay a 50 dollar booking fee before you can book a new appointment.Another deposit will then need to be paid to confirm a new appointment.

The 50 dollar booking fee does not come off the final cost of your booking, unlike you deposit.

We understand that plans change, and we strive to accommodate our clients as best as we can. However, as time and resources are specifically allocated for each design, the following policy applies:

If you cancel one of your scheduled designs within 72 hours of your appointment, a 50% forfeiture of your deposit will apply. This policy is in place to account for the time and preparation that has already been allocated for the full appointment.

TOUCH UPS:

I offer 1 free touch-up session to correct any lines/shading that may have healed inconsistently. The touch up must be requested within 3 months of completing the tattoo, otherwise there will a fee.

To book a touch up please send through a clear, high quality image of your healed tattoo.

Your free touch up works the same as a deposit - you will lose it if you no-show, cancel within 72 hours, you are late, or you reschedule multiple times.

All finger tattoos come with a free compulsory 4-6 week touch up. This is free when booked within 4-6 weeks of completing the finger tattoos. Any touch up outside of this period will have a fee.

Touch-ups don’t include any additional design changes. These will be charged as a regular tattoo appointment.

CONSULTATIONS:

A 50 dollar deposit is required to book a consultation. This will come off the final cost of your tattoo, as long as you book an appointment in, within 72 hours of your consultation. Consultation deposits are non-refundable and can not be transferred to another date upon cancellation.

FLASH DEPOSITS:

A 50 dollar deposit is required to reserve a flash design. If you have not booked an appointment within a 72 hours of reserving the design it may be offered back up to someone else.

ALL flash designs are non-repeatable, unless stated otherwise. If the flash you wish to book has been poked before, you will be provided with a variation of the design.

JANUARY PROMO 

Any appointment booked for January 2025 will receive a $50 discount off the total cost of the appointment.

This promotional offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, voucher, or promotional offer.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment, the $50 discount will be forfeited. The discount is only valid if the appointment is kept as originally booked.

This offer is only available for appointments scheduled during January 2025. Any changes to the appointment date or time may result in the discount being voided.
